📢 We Are Hiring – Associate Business System AnalystWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business System Analyst to join our team.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related field.1–2 years of relevant experience.Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including storyboarding and professional presentation design.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.Desired Certifications:Project Management Professional (PMP)Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or currently pursuing CMA Level 1 or Level 2Key Responsibilities:Maintain and track project schedules, timelines, and key milestones.Coordinate meetings, calendar invites, and cross-functional activities.Prepare and update financial and operational reports while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Develop and refine professional presentations and slide decks for management and steering committee meetings.Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and provide regular status updates to leadership.Support business and operational processes through data analysis, reporting, and coordination.Handle departmental administration and document management.Soft Skills:Exceptional attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to communicate professionally and effectively to ensure timely completion of action items.📩 Interested candidates may send their updated CV to:recruitment.ksa@ipsl-global.com
