Waldt, MS, DC, DO, is an osteopathic physician who also spent 13 years in chiropractic practice before attending medical school — so he understands your role from the inside and how to make it work alongside medical care. We see approximately 400 patient visits a week and serve a diverse community, including many Spanish-speaking patients.The roleWe're adding an associate chiropractor to our team. You'll see a full schedule of patients from day one, with no need to build a practice from scratch. You'll work alongside a physician on site and a team of experienced medical assistants who support your patient care.What you'll doEvaluate and treat patients with spine and musculoskeletal conditionsDevelop and explain care plans, and help patients complete themCoordinate care with the physician when a patient needs medical evaluation, imaging, or bracingDocument care accurately and follow compliance standardsWhat we're looking forDoctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited collegeActive New Mexico chiropractic license, or eligibility to obtain one before starting (we welcome new graduates and can discuss timing)Clear communication and a genuine interest in helping patients follow through with careSpanish language skills are a plus but not requiredWhat we offerA full patient schedule from day oneCompensation: $80k base salary + generous bonus based on the volume of patients you see
