A mission-driven nonprofit is seeking an Associate to support strategic initiatives focused on improving the healthcare landscape. This role will work closely with senior team members, external partners, and internal stakeholders to help manage projects, conduct research, grant management, and support a portfolio of initiatives from early development through completion. You hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring approximately three (3) years of experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, business operations, project management, professional services, or a related field.Industry-aware. You bring a dedicated interest in healthcare economics and employer needs.Analytical. You are skilled at researching complex topics, identifying meaningful insights, and turning information into clear, concise written materials.Project-focused. You are comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once, keeping details organized, meeting deadlines, and adjusting priorities as projects evolve.Resourceful. You take initiative, work independently, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to keep projects moving forward.Collaborative. You communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners and know how to build productive relationships across teams.Discerning. You exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive information with discretion, and proactively communicate important updates to leadership.The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity.
