A mission-driven nonprofit is seeking an Associate to support strategic initiatives focused on improving the healthcare landscape. This role will work closely with senior team members, external partners, and internal stakeholders to help manage projects, conduct research, grant management, and support a portfolio of initiatives from early development through completion. You hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring approximately three (3) years of experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, business operations, project management, professional services, or a related field.Industry-aware. You are skilled at researching complex topics, identifying meaningful insights, and turning information into clear, concise written materials.Project-focused. You are comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once, keeping details organized, meeting deadlines, and adjusting priorities as projects evolve.Resourceful. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity.
