The Associate will assist in drafting pleadings, petitions, written statements, legal notices, agreements, and advisory notes across civil, criminal, commercial, and cyber matters. Daily work includes legal research, case law analysis, preparing case briefs, organizing documents, and supporting senior advocates in hearings before courts and tribunals.QualificationsSound knowledge of civil, criminal, commercial, and cyber law, with the ability to apply statutes and case law to practical fact situations.Effective drafting skills for pleadings, applications, legal notices, contracts, and opinions, with attention to structure, clarity, and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; working proficiency in Hindi is highly beneficial.Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize deadlines, organize case files, and work diligently in a fast-paced litigation environment.High standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, integrity, and client-focused conduct.Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution; enrollment with a State Bar Council and eligibility to practice before courts.
