Associate – Litigation Team | ALT INDIA LEGALALT INDIA LEGAL, Advocates & Legal Consultants is looking to hire an Associate for its Litigation Team in Delhi.Location: Greater Kailash-I, New DelhiExperience: 1–3 years of litigation experienceJoining: ImmediatePosition: Associate – LitigationProbation: 3 monthsThe role will involve day-to-day litigation work, including:* Legal research and case law analysis* Drafting pleadings, applications, replies and legal notices* Preparing case briefs, notes and hearing materials* Assisting in court matters and conferences* Handling matters before various Courts, Tribunals and Forums* Assisting senior counsel/partners in commercial and corporate litigation mattersCandidates with strong drafting and research skills, genuine interest in litigation, and prior court exposure will be preferred.
