This role will involve leading complex legal matters in key areas such as Investment, Corporate and M&A, Arbitration, and other related fields.As an Associate, you will:-Managing & involve in high-value international arbitration cases, transactions, including construction, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and cross-border investments-Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, transactional structuring, and regulatory frameworks-Draft, review, and negotiate key legal documents, including arbitration proceedings, contracts, shareholder agreements, and transactional documents, across industries such as construction, real estate, energy, and infrastructure-Represent clients in arbitration and dispute resolution proceedings, ensuring the best outcomes in complex cases-Collaborate with government authorities and other stakeholders to facilitate regulatory approvals and resolve legal challenges-Contribute to the firm's growth by identifying client needs, proposing innovative legal solutions, and participating in business development initiativesJob Requirements:Education: Bachelor of Laws or higher qualificationExpertise: Strong knowledge and experience in arbitration, construction, real estate, M&A and corporate mattersSkills: Strong English proficiency, Proven leadership and team management abilities, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, professional working attitude with exceptional attention to detailCompensation and BenefitsWe offer a supportive environment, stimulating and rewarding initiative.
