Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with literature reviews, data collection and preparation, experiment design, and documentation of results. The associate will collaborate with senior researchers and engineers, help prepare internal reports and presentations, and contribute to the refinement of brain-inspired models and tools. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a research environment while building practical skills in ethical, transparent AI development.Qualifications Foundational knowledge in computer science, data science, neuroscience, or a related STEM discipline.Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to review academic literature and synthesize key insights.Basic proficiency in programming (e.g., Python) and familiarity with data analysis or machine learning frameworks is beneficial.Interest in brain-inspired AI, neural networks, and ethical AI governance, with a willingness to learn specialized concepts.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document methods and findings in a structured, concise manner.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.Enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s or master’s program in a relevant field is preferred.
