Senior Analyst – Family Office Advisory | San FranciscoI’m working on a confidential search with a highly regarded investment and advisory firm for a Senior Analyst / Associate-level professional to join their Family Office Advisory team in San Francisco.This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who enjoys working with high-net-worth / ultra-high-net-worth clients and thrives in an environment where discretion, judgment, organization, and exceptional client service are critical.The team partners closely with individuals and families on a broad range of financial, operational, administrative, and wealth-planning needs. The work is highly varied and often involves coordinating across investment, tax, legal, treasury, banking, and external advisors.What you’ll be doing

• Serving as a trusted point of contact for complex client requests
• Coordinating with attorneys, accountants, estate managers, executive assistants, and other advisors
• Supporting cash movements, account transfers, bill pay, tax payments, documentation, and other financial operations
• Assisting with trusts, estate planning, gifting, insurance, philanthropic and asset-protection strategies
• Managing bespoke and time-sensitive client needs with exceptional follow-through
• Preparing polished, client-ready materials and maintaining excellent documentation/data integrity
