The work is highly varied and often involves coordinating across investment, tax, legal, treasury, banking, and external advisors.What you’ll be doing
- Serving as a trusted point of contact for complex client requests
- Coordinating with attorneys, accountants, estate managers, executive assistants, and other advisors
- Supporting cash movements, account transfers, bill pay, tax payments, documentation, and other financial operations
- Assisting with trusts, estate planning, gifting, insurance, philanthropic and asset-protection strategies
- Managing bespoke and time-sensitive client needs with exceptional follow-through
- Preparing polished, client-ready materials and maintaining excellent documentation/data integrity
