The firm and its lawyers have received multiple recognitions from Best Lawyers, Benchmark Litigation, and Asialaw, reflecting its standing in dispute resolution and commercial work.Role Description The Associate will work on a broad range of matters, including dispute resolution, corporate and commercial transactions, conveyancing and real estate, and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing opinions and advice, conducting legal research, managing case files, and attending meetings, negotiations, and where relevant, court or arbitration hearings under the supervision of partners. The role involves close collaboration with partners, other lawyers, and the conveyancing and corporate secretarial team to deliver timely and accurate legal services to clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, requiring consistent in-person engagement with colleagues and clients.QualificationsStrong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills, with the ability to prepare clear advice, pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents.Experience or training in dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration, or mediation, including case preparation and procedural management.Foundational knowledge of corporate and commercial law, and an interest in transactions, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management.Exposure to or interest in conveyancing, real estate, and corporate secretarial work, including review of property and corporate documentation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution and admission, or eligibility for admission, as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore.Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language, with strong attention to detail and professional ethics.Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively in a small team environment, and demonstrate initiative and accountability.
