Working at the intersection of traditional practice areas and emerging sectors, our team delivers sophisticated, commercially minded solutions tailored to clients’ strategic objectives.Applicants should ideally bring:Qualification & Experience: Hong Kong qualified solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE.Practice Focus: Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: Dispute Resolution: Civil litigation and/or domestic or international arbitration (Exposure to commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency, or matrimonial/family litigation is an advantage).Private Client & Probate: Estate administration, contentious probate, or wealth planning.Commercial: Corporate & commercial transactions, M&A, corporate finance, regulatory compliance (including HKEX listing rules), banking & finance, or digital assets/Web3 advisory.Technical Skills: Strong advocacy, legal drafting, and strategic thinking capabilities, with a track record in handling case matters.Mindset & Communication: Highly analytical and composed under pressure, with the strategic judgment needed to navigate commercial realities and protect clients' rights.Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese is essential).Why Join Us?The successful candidate will join a lean, high-performing environment that offers early responsibility, direct client exposure, and cross-practice collaboration without layered bureaucracy.
