Their collaborative culture, strong employee retention, and commitment to development make them an attractive destination for analytics professionals.The RoleYou will:Work directly with clients on a broad range of analytical and consulting engagements.Develop and deliver scorecards, predictive models, and credit strategy solutions.Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Present results and project updates to clients, building trusted relationships and influencing decision making.Support organisations in improving lending strategies, risk management, and broader commercial outcomes.Contribute to a varied portfolio of projects across multiple industries and business challenges.Work closely with colleagues across analytics, consulting, and commercial functions.Your Skills & ExperienceStrong commercial experience within credit risk, analytics, data science, or a related analytical environment.Experience working with credit bureau data and an understanding of how it is applied within modelling, risk, or strategy projects.Proven capability in scorecard development, model development, or credit strategy work.Strong SQL skills alongside Python or SAS experience, with a preference for Python.Experience translating complex analytical outputs into clear business recommendations.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand the wider business impact of analytical decisions.Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment would be beneficial.What They OfferExposure to a diverse range of analytical and consulting projects.Clear opportunities for professional development and career progression.Access to modern cloud-based analytics tools and technologies.A collaborative and supportive team environment.The opportunity to work with senior stakeholders and clients across multiple sectors.How to ApplyIf you have strong credit risk analytics experience, have worked with credit bureau data, and enjoy combining technical delivery with client engagement, please apply to learn more about this opportunity.
