Our focus is to build long-term partnerships with them where we grow and evolve together.Job Goals & Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Support Delivery of ProjectsSupport and assist in project delivery needs to ensure deadlines and quality of deliverables are metManage and analyse data and information in order to provide insights on projectsResearch on relevant topics required for both internal and external projectsLead the preparation of training and consultancy workshops Assist and facilitate strategic discussions with clients during workshop deliveryTroubleshoot and problem solve to ensure project delivery requirements are met.Achieve Client SatisfactionPre-empt, communicate and resolve any project needs or challenges to ensure client satisfaction is achievedCollaborate with EASY’s business development team to ensure that project delivery meets client expectation and satisfactionBuild, maintain and nurture relationships with clients throughout the project delivery process with a purpose to grow more business with those clientsManage and Improve Internal Systems/ProcessHandle administrative and process management needs for both internal and external projects.Develop and manage internal systems and frameworks to organise documentation and improve duplicability.Improve and standardise project delivery processes.Required Education & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in any fieldFresh graduates are also welcome to applyLeadership of or significant participation in team-based projects is a mustLong-term volunteering experiences would be an added advantagePreferred Personality Traits & SkillsGood verbal and written ability in both English and Mandarin. Confident, sociable, and persuasive when engaging with stakeholdersSelf-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving work targetsResourceful, driven and have an ability to work under pressureStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsIndependent, yet able to work in teams with positive work ethicsIf you thought you were reading your own biography, we'd like to hear from you.If you want the above to be your biography, we would also like to hear from you.After all, transforming intent into impact is what we do.
