The role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to support day-to-day business initiatives, analyze information, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure smooth execution of operational and strategic activities. This position is ideal for individuals who are analytical, organized, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of projects, operational activities, and client deliverablesCollect, organize, analyze, and maintain data, reports, and documentationPrepare presentations, status updates, dashboards, and reports for internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and project milestonesAssist in tracking project progress, identifying issues, and supporting resolution activitiesParticipate in meetings, document key discussions, and follow up on action itemsSupport process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiencyManage multiple assignments while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timelinesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverablesDesired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree, with 2.5+ years in consulting, analytics, life sciences, or a comparable delivery-focused roleSolid working hands on Excel and at least one of SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BIGood analytical and problem-solving abilitiesLife sciences domain understanding is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAdaptability and willingness to learn new processes and tools quicklyAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred AttributesStrong ownership and accountabilityPositive and collaborative attitudeAbility to work effectively with cross-functional and global teamsSolution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvementStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAt Beghou Consulting, you'll join a highly collaborative, values-driven team where technical excellence, analytical rigor, and personal growth converge.
