At the same time, we strive to continuously develop how we work, learn from one another and create value for our clients.About the roleWe are looking for Associate Consultants to join our Strategy & Organisation practice.As an Associate Consultant, you will work in teams of 2–4 consultants on challenging and high-impact assignments for our clients. You will be involved across the project lifecycle – from analysing complex business and organisational challenges to developing recommendations and supporting implementation.You will work closely with experienced consultants, senior leaders and clients from day one, giving you the opportunity to take responsibility early and develop rapidly. The role offers broad exposure across industries, companies and types of strategic and organisational challenges.We are looking for team players with:A Master’s degree with excellent academic credentials0–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably from a leading management consulting firm, strategy role or corporate environmentFluency in Swedish, both written and spokenStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong business acumen and intellectual curiosityExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with othersA genuine interest in strategy, organisations and leadershipAn entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to create impactHow to applyPlease apply by attaching your CV.
