Associate Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with business and operational data to identify trends, generate insights, build reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries.Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from databases.Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within datasets.Translate business questions into analytical requirements and actionable insights.Perform data quality checks and investigate discrepancies or inconsistencies.Support the development and improvement of analytical processes and reporting workflows.Document data sources, analytical processes, and reporting methodologies.Present findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required QualificationsStrong working knowledge of Excel.Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
