Position OverviewKairos Pacific University is seeking a qualified and spiritually mature Associate Academic Dean to provide leadership and support for our Theological Studies programs.The Academic Director will work with the Vice President, deans, program directors, faculty, and staff to ensure strong academic programs, effective faculty coordination, and student success.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership for Theological and leadership Studies programsCoordinate faculty, courses, schedules, and syllabiSupport and guide faculty and teaching assistantsAssist students with academic advising and concernsQualificationsMaster’s degree or higher; doctoral degree preferredExperience in higher education, theological education, or academic administrationExperience in academic leadership, faculty coordination, or curriculum developmentStrong communication and organizational skillsFamiliarity with accreditation and online educationIdeal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:A committed Christian with strong spiritual maturityAn experienced pastor, professor, theologian, or ministry leaderAble to guide faculty and students effectivelyOrganized, dependable, and collaborativePassionate about theological education and student success
