Company Description Triveni Dentals is a growing dental practice group based in Bhiwani, Haryana, India, currently operating seven centers across various cities in the state. The organization is supported by a team of around 35 dentists, offering a range of general and specialized dental services. Triveni Dentals focuses on providing patient-centered care with modern treatment approaches and standardized clinical protocols. The group emphasizes professional development, collaborative practice, and consistent quality of service across all its centers.Role Description The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of preventive, restorative, and minor surgical procedures. Daily responsibilities include examining patients, interpreting diagnostic tests and radiographs, maintaining accurate clinical records, and educating patients on oral hygiene and treatment options. The role involves working closely with dental assistants and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Triveni Dentals center in Loharu, requiring regular chairside work and presence during clinical hours.Qualifications Recognized Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree and valid registration with the appropriate dental council.Clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, endodontics, and basic oral surgery.Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain procedures, address concerns, and build trust.Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-dentist team and coordinate effectively with clinical support staff.Commitment to infection control, clinical safety protocols, and ethical practice standards.Willingness to learn, adapt to clinic workflows, and participate in ongoing training or continuing education.Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but motivated early-career dentists are encouraged to apply.
