Team members work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient comfort, clinical excellence, and ethical practice.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Dentist role based in Bengaluru. The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and preventive procedures for diverse age groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical examinations, interpreting radiographs, performing routine and advanced dental treatments, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient records. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene, discussing treatment options, coordinating with specialists, and maintaining high standards of infection control and safety. The Associate Dentist will also participate in case discussions, support practice growth through excellent patient communication, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment.Qualifications Valid BDS, MDS degree from a recognized institution and current dental council registration.Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and preventive care.Experience or interest in orthodontics and multi-speciality dental practice settings. Commitment to infection control protocols and high standards of patient safety and ethics.Excellent communication, patient counseling, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team and manage a varied patient load.Prior clinical experience in a dental practice or hospital setting is preferred. Willingness to learn, adapt to new techniques and technologies, and participate in continuing education.Job Profile: Associate DentistWork timing: 10:00am to 7:30pmSchedule: 4 days a week (Monday,Wednesday, Friday, Saturday)Salary: Basic plus per case incentives Preference: Prosthodontist/Periodontist
