Day-to-day tasks include conducting dental examinations, diagnosing oral conditions, developing treatment plans, and performing procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive treatments. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene, discussing treatment options, obtaining informed consent, and maintaining accurate clinical records. The Associate Dentist will collaborate with dental assistants and other staff to ensure efficient patient flow, adherence to clinical protocols, and high standards of infection control. Participation in case discussions, continuous learning, and contribution to a positive patient experience is expected.Qualifications Recognized Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree.Valid dental registration/license as required by local regulatory authorities.Clinical competence in general dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and routine procedures.Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and compassionately.Commitment to infection control, safety standards, and ethical clinical practice.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and manage a steady patient schedule.Priclinical practice setting is preferred but motivated early-career dentists are also encouraged to apply.
