In this role, the clinician provides comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, preventive services, and patient education. The Associate Dentist collaborates with dental team members and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, leveraging integrated health records to support clinical decisions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, adhering to clinical and regulatory standards, and participating in quality improvement efforts. The role also involves engaging with patients to build trust, explain treatment options clearly, and promote long-term oral and overall health.****Up to $40k Sign on Bonus Opportunity!****QualificationsValid DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school and current, unrestricted Arizona dental license (or eligibility to obtain).Demonstrated clinical competence in general dentistry, including diagnosis, restorative care, preventive treatments, and basic emergency management.Strong patient-centered communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans, address questions, and promote oral health education.Ability to work collaboratively with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative team members in a fast-paced, on-site practice environment.Commitment to evidence-based dentistry, infection control standards, and adherence to all regulatory and ethical guidelines.Comfort using digital tools and electronic health record systems to document care and coordinate with medical providers.Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, training, and mentorship programs offered by PDS Health.Prior experience in a group practice or multi-specialty setting is beneficial, as is familiarity with integrated medical-dental care models.
