Team members collaborate closely to deliver reliable care and maintain high clinical standards, creating opportunities for professional growth and learning.Role Description The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and execution of procedures such as restorations, extractions, preventive care, and basic endodontic treatments. Daily responsibilities include consulting with patients, explaining treatment options, ensuring informed consent, and maintaining accurate, detailed clinical records. The role involves collaborating with dental assistants and other team members to ensure efficient workflow, adherence to infection control protocols, and high standards of patient safety. The Associate Dentist will also support patient education on oral hygiene and follow-up care, and may participate in practice development activities when needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.Qualifications Possession of a recognized Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree; completion of internship as per regulatory requirements.Valid dental registration/license with the appropriate dental council in India.Clinical competence in routine dental procedures, including examinations, diagnosis, restorative dentistry, extractions, and preventive care.Knowledge of infection control standards, sterilization protocols, and safe clinical practices in a dental setting.Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment plans and address questions with clarity and empathy.Ability to work collaboratively within a dental team, manage time effectively, and handle a consistent patient load.Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with current dental practices and guidelines.Prior experience in a clinical dental setting is preferred but motivated early-career professionals are also encouraged to apply.
