The success of its treatments is driven by a commitment to clinical excellence, safety, and a comfortable patient experience.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Dentist role based at Cosmodent India’s clinic in Gurugram. The Associate Dentist will perform routine and advanced dental procedures, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative work, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and minor orthodontic interventions in line with clinic protocols. Daily responsibilities include consulting with patients, explaining treatment options, maintaining accurate clinical records, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with senior dentists, dental assistants, and support staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care and participating in case discussions and continuous learning. The Associate Dentist will also contribute to patient education, follow-up care, and maintaining a professional, empathetic environment for all patients.Qualifications Clinical dentistry skills, including examination, diagnosis, restorative procedures, endodontic treatments, cosmetic dentistry, and basic orthodontic care.Proficiency in using modern dental equipment and digital tools, including dental radiography, chairside technology, and electronic health records.Strong patient communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans, manage expectations, and provide clear post-treatment instructions.Commitment to infection control, sterilization protocols, and adherence to clinical safety and ethical standards.Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution; valid dental registration/license as per applicable regulatory requirements.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dental team and maintain a professional, respectful attitude toward colleagues and patients.Prior experience in a modern dental clinic setting, particularly in smile makeovers, cosmetic procedures, or root canal treatments, is an advantage.Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on advances in dentistry and clinical best practices.
