The team is committed to creating a stress-free experience, ensuring every patient’s smile is treated with professionalism and genuine care.Role Description The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine check-ups, administering treatments such as fillings, cleanings, extractions, and root canal therapy, and educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to clinical protocols, collaborating with dental assistants and support staff, and ensuring high standards of infection control and patient safety. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring consistent patient interaction and a strong focus on quality of care and patient experience.Qualifications Professional dental credentials, including BDS from an accredited institution; MDS is an advantage.Valid dental license/registration as per local regulatory requirements in India.Clinical proficiency in routine dental procedures, diagnostics, treatment planning, and pain management.Strong patient communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trust.Commitment to infection control, safety standards, and evidence-based clinical practice.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and adapt to innovative care delivery models.Prior experience in general dentistry or a clinical internship; experience with home-based or mobile dentistry is a plus.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with using digital tools for patient records and scheduling.
