Team members are encouraged to contribute to continuous improvement in clinical care and patient service.Role Description The Associate Dentist will provide general dental care and treatment to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, preventive care, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic services. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough dental examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests and radiographs, educating patients on treatment options and oral hygiene, and documenting clinical findings accurately. The role involves collaborating with dental assistants and support staff to ensure efficient chair-side procedures and a smooth patient flow. The Associate Dentist will also adhere to infection control protocols, maintain accurate clinical records, and participate in case discussions and practice initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.Qualifications Completed Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from an accredited institution; valid dental license or registration as required.Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, restorative dentistry, preventive care, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic procedures.Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, radiography, and current infection control and sterilization standards.Ability to communicate treatment plans clearly, provide patient education, and build trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Comfort working in a busy clinical environment, managing schedules, and coordinating with dental assistants and front office staff.Attention to detail in clinical documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines.Willingness to participate in continuing education, learn new techniques, and adapt to updated clinical protocols and technologies.Prior experience as an Associate Dentist or internship in a multi-chair clinic is advantageous but not mandatory for strong entry-level candidates.
