Our practice serves more than 5,000 patients, with schedules currently fully booked 1–3 months in advance.If you’re looking for an established patient base, a busy clinical environment, and a practical opportunity to relocate, we’d like to speak with you.What we offer45% of collections, with no earnings cap. Compensation is based on payments received for the treatment you provide, subject to the agreed compensation terms. Furnished housing in Longlac removes the need to find and furnish a place for your move, and the $5,000 signing bonus provides additional financial support.With working hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and no evenings or weekends, you can plan your time outside the clinic—whether that means fishing or kayaking on local lakes, exploring hiking trails, or enjoying cross-country skiing in winter.Your roleProvide comprehensive general dentistry, diagnose oral health conditions, develop and explain treatment plans, and collaborate with our dental team to deliver compassionate, patient-centred care.You’ll build lasting relationships with patients who rely on local dental services and contribute to continuity of care in the communities we serve.Making the move to GreenstoneThis is an on-site position in Greenstone, Northern Ontario, with furnished accommodation in Longlac. Relocation is required if you do not already live within commuting distance.We understand that moving involves decisions about your life as well as your career. Our first conversation can cover the practice, accommodation, working arrangements, and the practical questions that matter to you and anyone moving with you.Qualifications and work eligibilityDDS, DMD, or equivalent dental qualification.A valid RCDSO certificate of registration appropriate for this role before beginning clinical work.Current legal authorization to work in Canada in this dental role.Willingness and ability to work on-site in Greenstone.Sound clinical judgment, clear communication, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.Dentists currently licensed in another Canadian province are welcome to apply, provided they obtain the required Ontario registration before starting.Employer-sponsored work permits and immigration sponsorship are not available for this position.
