Prospective team members join a growing organization committed to innovation and patient-centric care.Role Description The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough oral examinations, taking and interpreting radiographs, performing treatments such as fillings, root canals, extractions, and cosmetic procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient records. The role involves collaborating with senior dentists and clinical staff, maintaining strict infection control and safety standards, and educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. The Associate Dentist will also participate in case discussions, follow clinic protocols, and contribute to a positive patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Cosmodent India’s Gurugram clinic.Qualifications Recognized Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree; MDS in a dental specialty is an advantage.Valid dental license/registration with the appropriate dental council in India.Clinical proficiency in diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of common procedures such as restorative dentistry, root canal treatment, extractions, and basic prosthodontics.Exposure to or interest in cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers, tooth whitening, and orthodontic case support.Strong knowledge of infection control protocols, sterilization standards, and clinical safety practices in a modern dental setting.Ability to maintain accurate clinical records, write clear treatment notes, and use dental practice management or digital record systems.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain treatment options, obtain informed consent, and build trust with a diverse patient base.Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary clinical team and follow established clinic protocols and quality standards.Commitment to continuous learning, openness to new techniques and technologies, and participation in professional development activities.Previous experience in a high-volume or advanced dental clinic is preferred, but motivated early-career dentists are also encouraged to apply.
