We are growing and seeking an Associate Designer with Athleisure experience!Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head Designer in the design and development of seasonal collections for the brandResearch and identify emerging fashion trends, colors, fabrics, silhouettes, and market opportunities relevant to the contemporary marketCreate sketches, technical flats, color-ups, and presentation materialsAssist in developing seasonal concepts and ensuring design consistency across categoriesPartner with Product Development and Merchandising teams throughout the design and production processReview samples and prototypes, providing comments to ensure design intent and quality standards are metMaintain organized design files, line sheets, and seasonal development materialsParticipate in fittings and support design revisions as neededMonitor competitive brands and market trends within the athleisure spaceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field2 - 5 years of apparel design experience, preferably within wholesale with an emphasis on athleisureStrong understanding of fast fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapeProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent sketching, presentation, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to execute design direction effectivelyWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with leading retailers and nationally recognized brandsExposure to the complete product lifecycle from development through productionCollaborative, fast paced, and creative work environmentProfessional growth opportunities within a global fashion manufacturing organizationTarget compensation for this opportunity starts at $60k dependent on experience.
