This role is designed to grow over time, starting with a part-time caseload and increasing to full-time as new clients are established. A full-time caseload consists of a minimum of 20 clients, which may take approximately 3-6 months to reach. We are seeking someone passionate about intuitive eating, HAES®, weight-inclusive care, eating disorder recovery, and outpatient nutrition counseling.Our ideal associate dietitian is looking for the perks of a private practice but loves a team atmosphere. They are self-driven and excited to help be a part of growing a practice. The associate dietitian will see individual nutrition therapy clients weekly via telehealth. About the Role:Responsibilities and Duties:Coordinate scheduling of consistent follow-up nutrition counseling sessions.Counsel clients to heal their relationship with food and body, meet their energy and nutrient needs through appropriate foods, beverages, and dietary supplements, practice principles of intuitive eating, and manage health conditions using an anti-diet, weight-inclusive approach.Ability to determine appropriate frequency of care, develop goals and plans with clients, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.Collaborate with clients’ healthcare providers as needed, including but not limited to therapists, psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and specialists.Ability to assess and refer clients to higher levels of eating disorder care as appropriate.Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client sessions and communication and collaboration with the healthcare team in the electronic health record.Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team meetings.
