This contract role is based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing key projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between product, operations, marketing, and customer experience. The Associate Director will analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive initiatives that enhance market presence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role will also involve fundraising & stakeholder management, partnership development, budget oversight, and contributing to a culture that reflects YooKatale’s values.Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.Experience in strategy development, business planning, and performance analysis within a fast-paced or growth-focused organization.Background in operations or project management, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and complex deliverables.Relevant experience in food systems, e-commerce, technology-enabled services, or emerging markets is highly beneficial.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric mindset.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Dubai with remote collaboration.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, ethical, and non-discriminatory practices in leadership and decision-making.
