Associate Director – Conduct of Business Risk | DubaiWe are supporting a leading financial services regulator in Dubai with the appointment of an Associate Director within its Conduct of Business Risk team.The RoleThis is a leadership position responsible for overseeing a team of supervisors and delivering risk-based supervision across regulated firms including wealth managers, asset managers, brokers, investment advisers, and funds.The role combines regulatory supervision, stakeholder engagement, policy development, people leadership, and participation in strategic regulatory projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of supervisors.Oversee conduct risk and regulatory compliance across regulated firms.Manage regulatory reviews, risk assessments, and supervisory activities.Contribute to policy development and regulatory initiatives.Engage with senior executives, Boards, industry participants, and regulators.Support strategic projects and divisional business planning.Key Requirements10+ years' experience within regulation, supervision, compliance, risk management, or a related financial services function.Strong understanding of financial services regulation and risk-based supervision.Previous leadership or people management experience.Why Join?A rare opportunity to join a highly respected regulator in a senior leadership role, influencing supervisory strategy, regulatory policy, and the future development of a leading international financial centre.
