This approach aims to foster trust, enhance brand credibility, and ensure seamless adherence to global data privacy regulations.Position: Associate Director - Data PrivacyLocation: Mumbai, Bangalore & DelhiExperience: 9+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-Time IAPP Certification is a must.Lead and contribute to RFP responses, approach notes, and white papers, positioning Privacy Pillar as a trusted advisor in data privacy and compliance.Drive regional growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Oversee account management and ensure exceptional stakeholder engagement with C-level executives, including CISOs, DPOs, CIOs, and Heads of Legal.Manage and mentor high-performing teams while overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.Support strategic hiring and capability building to scale the regional practice and strengthen Privacy Pillar’s market presence.Hands on experience in Application Assessments, DPIA's and RoPA's, Governance, DPA's and Vendor onboarding, Data Privacy PoliciesInterested candidates can share their profiles to recruiting@privacypillar.com
