Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob Title: Manager/Associate Director/Director – Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)Location: Riyadh, KSA Experience: 8+ years Function: Risk Advisory / Consulting / Compliance / Internal AuditAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional to lead and expand our Governance, Risk, and Compliance practice in Riyadh. This is not just a delivery role—you’ll be expected to build the business, shape go-to-market strategies, develop client relationships, and drive growth across sectors.You will work with senior client stakeholders on complex risk and compliance issues, while building a high-performing team and creating innovative solutions in the GRC space.Key Responsibilities:Market Making:Lead business development efforts, build a book of business, and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.Identify emerging trends in the GRC space and proactively develop offerings, solutions, and thought leadership to address them.Represent the firm at key industry events and forums.Client Delivery & Leadership:Provide end-to-end oversight on delivery of GRC engagements (e.g., Business Continuity Management(BCM) Internal Controls, enterprise risk management, SOX, internal audits, compliance programs, policies and procedures, etc.).Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs and Board-level stakeholders.Ensure high quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and timely delivery across projects.Team Building:Attract, mentor, and develop a strong team of GRC professionals.Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.Innovation & Practice Development:Contribute to service innovation by developing methodologies, tools, and accelerators in the GRC domain.Collaborate with global stakeholders to scale and institutionalize best practices.Qualifications & Skills:8+ years of experience in risk advisory, internal controls, Business Continuity Management, internal audit, SOX, or compliance roles (Big 4 or consulting background preferred).Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance.Proven track record of building or significantly growing a consulting book of business.Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Entrepreneurial mindset – self-starter, innovative thinker, and growth-focused.Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams and clients alike.Bachelor's degree required; CPA, CIA, CISA, or related certifications a plus.
