Associate Director - Emarati Talent

Location: Dubai, U.A.E.A leading developer seeks to hire an Associate Director ( EMARATI TALENT ) to oversee the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale developments.

This role is responsible for budgeting, regulatory compliance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of infrastructure projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage infrastructure budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value engineering.Align infrastructure strategy with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.Oversee the design, construction, and integration of infrastructure, including roads, utilities, power, water, drainage, and telecom.Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while managing risks.Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.Secure necessary permits and approvals from government authorities and regulatory bodies.Ensure compliance with local laws, sustainability frameworks, and smart infrastructure trends.Manage relationships with government agencies, service providers, and key industry stakeholders.Build and lead a high-performing infrastructure team.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in infrastructure planning and execution.

Qualifications
