Guided by values such as innovation, commitment, professional care, reliability, and ethics, the company aims to be a leading asset and wealth manager and investment banking provider in the Middle East.The RoleThe Associate Director (AD) leads deal execution and client management within our Riyadh-based advisory practice. You will act as the primary day-to-day contact for regional clients, manage transaction teams, and oversee the creation of all financial models and marketing materials.Core Responsibilities:Deal Execution: Lead M&A, capital raising, or corporate advisory transactions from mandate to close.Client Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with corporate executives and Private Equity investors.Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and review the work of Associates and Analysts, ensuring flawless quality control.Transaction Materials: Oversee the structure of pitch books, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and management presentations.Who You Are:Experience: 6+ years in Investment Banking Advisory or a Big 4 Deals / Transaction Advisory team (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or an analytical field. An MBA or CFA designation is a major plus.Skills: Mastery of transaction structuring, complex valuation methodologies, and client negotiation.
