Job PurposeThe Senior Manager - Motorsport Technology Business Partner serves as the strategic IT lead for Qiddiya's Motorsport portfolio, acting as the primary liaison between business leadership and technology teams. The role is responsible for driving technology demand management, portfolio governance, roadmap development, and operational readiness across Motorsport assets, ensuring technology investments align with business objectives, asset strategies, and operational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary IT relationship owner for Motorsport business leadershipTranslate business strategy into technology roadmapsBuild trusted relationships with asset executives, operators, consultants, and delivery partnersEnsure technology decisions support business outcomes and operational objectivesFacilitate strategic planning sessions and executive alignment. Demand Management & Portfolio GovernanceOwn the Motorsport demand intake processEvaluate, prioritize, and govern business requestsLead capability mapping and solution assessment activities. Technology Strategy & RoadmapDevelop multi-year Motorsport technology roadmapsEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity requirementsIdentify opportunities for platform reuse, standardization, and innovationDrive emerging technology adoption in: Smart venuesRace operationsFan engagementDigital ticketingSports analyticsIoT and operational technology systemsMotorsport assets are identified as high-capex, high-integration environments requiring strategic roadmap ownership. Motorsport-Specific Scope and KeywordsThe role should oversee technology demand and readiness for Motorsport-related assets such as:Motorsport ParkSpeed ParkRace TracksVisitor & Fan Experience SystemsTicketing PlatformsBroadcast & Media InfrastructureVenue Operations SystemsSecurity Command CentersSmart Venue & IoT PlatformsParking and Mobility SystemsOperational Technology (OT) integrationsThe Motorsport domain is specifically characterized as a high-integration environment with significant stakeholder engagement and roadmap ownership requirements For Qiddiya's Motorsport portfolio, this role is best positioned as the single strategic owner for Motorsport technology demand, roadmap, readiness, and executive engagement, while delivery execution remains with PMO, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure, and project delivery teams.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology Management, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or Business Relationship Management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing technology portfolios, strategic roadmaps, and executive stakeholder engagement within complex, large-scale environments.
