ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – MECHANICAL | RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIAContract: 13 monthsExciting opportunity for an Associate Director – Mechanical to join a top-tier international consultancy in Riyadh.We are seeking a technically strong, Chartered Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience leading and managing multidisciplinary MEP design delivery across complex building projects.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record across sectors such as hospitality, resorts, luxury/high-end residential and other technically complex developments, with the ability to operate confidently at senior client and stakeholder level.The RoleLead and oversee multidisciplinary MEP design delivery across major building projects.Provide technical leadership across complex mechanical engineering and building services projects.Manage senior-level client relationships and project stakeholders.Drive design quality, programme and technical deliverables.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective project delivery.Contribute to commercial performance, project strategy and business development.Act as a senior technical and client-facing representative of the consultancy.RequirementsDegree qualified in Mechanical Engineering.Chartered Engineer with a recognised professional institution.Extensive experience in MEP / Building Services design.Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and project delivery.Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Commercially astute with an understanding of project financials and business development.Experience delivering complex hospitality, resort, luxury residential or major mixed-use developments.Strong Middle East experience.Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia, or with significant previous KSA project experience, will be particularly well suited.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaSalary: SAR 55,000–65,000 per month
