Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the OpportunityWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Associate Director – MEP (Buildings) to support the successful delivery of major building projects in Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in MEP engineering, proven leadership capabilities, and extensive experience managing complex building projects.Key Responsibilities* Provide strategic and technical leadership across MEP disciplines throughout project delivery.* Oversee MEP design development, technical coordination, construction activities, and commissioning.* Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.* Monitor project performance, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, budget, and programme requirements.* Identify and manage technical risks, design interfaces, and project delivery challenges.* Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring successful delivery against project objectives.Key Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.* Extensive experience in MEP engineering and management within the building construction sector.* Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex building developments.* Strong experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.* Excellent technical knowledge of MEP systems, design coordination, and construction delivery.* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.* Experience within a PMC or engineering consultancy environment is highly desirable.Interested in Applying?If your background aligns with the above requirements, we encourage you to apply.Relevant referrals are also welcome and appreciated.#Hiring #MEP #AssociateDirector #Construction #Riyadh #SaudiArabia
