Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day O2C BAU operations across Collections and related activities.Own operational performance, service levels, quality, controls, capacity and issue escalation.Provide leadership and decision support to O2C managers and teams.Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Treasury and other stakeholders on material customer or process issues.Oversee period-end readiness, governance, compliance, audit actions and business continuity.Maintain alignment with the current Associate Director on critical dependencies.Prepare senior-leadership updates and ensure a structured handback.3. Technical Skills and CompetenciesSenior leadership experience across O2C operations, particularly Collections and customer-account management.O2C controls, service delivery, period-end and operational risk management.People leadership, capacity management, performance governance and escalation.Management of cross-functional dependencies and complex customer or commercial issues.Strong analytical, financial and executive-reporting skills.4.
