They are a multi-billion dollar, global MedTech company specialising in orthopaedic implants, robotics and surgical technologies, with operations in over 100 countries and a strong reputation worldwide for innovation and patient care.Job SummaryAct as the finance business partner to the General Manager to co-pilot the business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; responsible for the overall financial health, strategy, and reporting integrity of the Country. This includes, and not limits to, budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, internal controls, statutory management reporting. The role lays within a matrix organization setup.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Company leadership• Play a leading role in the management of the ZB entity & the relationship with keystakeholders, including the shareholder representatives• Advise on financial areas to accomplish strategic goals• Play a leading role in the Board Governance procedures• As team leader, implement HR procedures to motivate, develop, train and retain employees toachieve corporate strategy.Financial Strategy & Planning• Develop and execute the yearly financial strategy aligned with business goals• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans by collecting information,verifying it and submitting them in Hyperion to monitor economic strategies• Monitor economic parameters to control and correct deviations from the financial strategy• Provide essential financial analysis to support business growth decision making (e.g. pricing,commercial deals, investment plans)• Model scenarios and prepare business casesFinancial Operations & Reporting• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements• Present financial reports and KPIs to the board/executive team, initiating actions• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions; responsible for credit and cashcollection to minimize customers’ debt and improve cash flowCompliance & Risk Management• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, SOX, and local laws• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies; supervisecorporate tax-related requisites to verify accuracy of data & compliance with regulation• Maintain internal controls and fraud prevention systems• Monitor compliance with internal financial procedures; design Internal Financial Procedures;supervise administrative procedures to comply with corporate guidelinesExpected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities)• Stakeholders’ management• Leadership• Results Driven• Strategic Vision• Executive communication skills for board and stakeholders’ interactions• Excellent analytical, negotiation and decision-making skills• Business Acumen• Autonomy and Initiative• Stress Tolerance• Planning and organizingEducation/Experience Requirements• Minimum 8 years in a similar managerial Finance position, preferably in a complexmultinational organization• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics and/or related degree froma reputable university; master’s in business administration can be a plus• Knowledge of US GAAP; Professional accounting certification (CPA) or equivalent• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP; Hyperion)• Experience in the healthcare industry a plus• Proven experience managing time to meet deadlines and corporate reporting schedules• Fluency in English and Arabic with an ability to communicate both orally and in written form with a clear and concise mannerTravel Requirements• 15%
