Associate Director - Project Controls

We are recruiting for an Associate Director to lead the Project Controls elements of a PMO for a multi-billion SAR gigaproject in Riyadh, KSA.The Associate Director – Project Controls is responsible for leading, governing, and continuously improving all project controls functions across a large-scale development portfolio. The role provides strategic leadership for planning, scheduling, reporting, governance, performance management, project controls assurance, PMIS administration, business intelligence reporting, and programme - wide compliance.The position acts as the client's senior subject matter expert for project controls and is accountable for establishing best-practice standards, maintaining governance frameworks, ensuring portfolio-wide compliance, and driving accurate executive reporting to senior leadership, executive committees, and board-level stakeholders.
