About the job: Lead the delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and sustainability requirements.Manage multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, utility providers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Drive authority approvals, NOCs, permits, inspections, utility connections, and regulatory compliance with RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities.Oversee project controls, including programme management, cost forecasting, risk management, reporting, and governance.Manage procurement, contract administration, variations, claims, and consultant/contractor performance.Lead technical reviews, value engineering, constructability assessments, and interface management activities.Monitor construction progress, testing, commissioning, and handover to ensure successful project delivery.Resolve critical project, utility, stakeholder, and site-related issues while mitigating programme and commercial risks.Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project performance, risks, and key decisions.Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams. About you: You must have extensive experience delivering major infrastructure works within large-scale developments, coupled with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder and authority interfaces across the UAE.Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure project delivery, including at least 5 years in a senior project management or leadership role.Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline is a minimum.Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure projects encompassing roads, utilities, drainage, district cooling, telecommunications, and associated civil works.Strong experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from design and approvals to procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.UAE experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of Dubai authority approval processes and stakeholder requirements.About the Benefits: At Dubai Holding, we're committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
