The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Driver and oversee the delivery of new hotel developments and renovations, ensuring all projects meet the brand's luxury standards and strategic objectives.Influence and negotiate with owners, interior designers, and contractors to ensure renovations and construction projects reflect the brand’s values and deliver a seamless luxury experience.Own and continuously refine brand design guidelines, ensuring they reflect evolving strategic priorities and global best practices. Build strategic partnerships with global vendors and consultants, negotiating agreements that deliver innovation and premium quality. Set and review key performance indicators (KPIs) for hotel and branded residential projects, reporting on progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.Lead on-site Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on timelines, budget adherence, and quality control.Lead the implementation of Jumeirah’s Design and Product Standards across hotel developments, including design, FF&E, operating equipment, and operational concepts.Shape and evolve ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to continuously evolve the brand’s design strategy and ensure a competitive edge.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as architecture, engineering, construction management or hospitality is required.Master’s degree, MBA or accredited professional qualifications is an advantageProficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on timelines, budget adherence, and quality control.Up-to-date knowledge of hospitality trends, sustainability practices, and technological advancements relevant to luxury hospitality.Demonstrated readiness for business travelProven experience (6 to 8 years) in management or technical services roles within the luxury hospitality, retail or high-end residential sector.About the Benefits At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
