Associate Director /Senior Design Manager

Interim (6 months) to Permanent.Immediately Available Candidates Preferred.Qualified and experienced architect with 15 years of hands-on architecture, design, design management, project management, and construction oversight: At least the last 10 years should have been working in the GCC.Experienced in gathering asset-specific data and input (economic, programming, etc.) from varying sources and weaving that into detailed spatial concepts and design briefs. Must excel at being a translation layer turning strategic and financial logic into design innovation and detail on the page, whilst keeping the human experience (rather than the numbers) at the centre of what is produced.
