We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.JOB TITLEAssociate Entertainment Manager | Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment | OperationsROLE SUMMARYThe Associate Entertainment Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the assigned entertainment and food & beverage venue, ensuring the highest levels of customer experience, operational excellence, team performance, safety compliance, and financial results. The role partners closely with the Entertainment Manager to drive sales, uphold brand standards, and deliver memorable guest experiences.ROLE PROFILESupport the Entertainment Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth venue performance.Conduct venue inspections to maintain cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with operational standards.Monitor facilities and equipment, reporting faults and coordinating corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.Ensure all brand standards, service procedures, and customer experience initiatives are consistently implemented.Lead teams to achieve operational and sales targets while promoting upselling opportunities and product awareness.Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service recovery actions to ensure guest satisfaction.Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational inspections, audits, and compliance checklists.Review customer feedback, monitor NPS performance, and implement action plans to improve guest experiences.Supervise team deployment, rotations, breaks, and staffing levels across entertainment zones and F&B outlets.Conduct daily team briefings, communicate updates, and align teams on operational goals and expectations.Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance team performance, guest engagement, and product knowledge.Monitor grooming, attendance, conduct, and compliance with company values and standards.Support revenue growth through effective staffing, cost control, and operational planning.Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures, cashier reconciliation processes, and financial controls.Review revenue reports, operational performance metrics, and financial results to identify opportunities for improvement.Manage stock counts, inventory control processes, stock variances, and inventory reconciliations.Support purchasing activities, including PRs, POs, stock receiving, and inventory verification.Promote and maintain compliance with health, safety, security, food safety, and regulatory requirements.Lead by example on the floor and provide operational support during peak periods and special events.Execute MAF Entertainment initiatives, service standards, and culture programs to enhance business performance and guest satisfaction.REQUIREMENTSMinimum 4-5 years of experience in a high-volume entertainment, hospitality, or leisure environment.Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or equivalent leadership position managing medium to large teams.Strong understanding of entertainment venue operations, food & beverage service, and customer experience management.Experience in driving operational KPIs, sales performance, and service excellence initiatives.Strong leadership, coaching, team engagement, and performance management skills.Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and cash handling procedures.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and support new project openings when required.Certificate, Diploma, or Course in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.Person In Charge (PIC) Level 3 certification or equivalent regulatory requirement is an advantage.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, spread happiness, and build experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
