Associate Faculty - NCFE CACHE Location: Sharjah, UAE | On-siteEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our faculty team to teach CACHE Level programs. The ideal candidate will combine practical experience in early childhood education with strong leadership and teaching capabilities to deliver high-quality learning outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and effective CACHE Early Years programmesLead, mentor, and guide learners, fostering a professional and supportive learning environment.Contribute to curriculum development, course planning, and assessment strategies.Liaise with administration to maintain academic excellence and program compliance.Support student development through personalized feedback, coaching, and evaluation.Required Qualifications & SkillsCACHE Level 3 and/or Level 5 qualification/certification in Early Years Education or a related field (mandatory)A Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or a related field is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage.Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Higher Education (mandatory).Candidates with relevant teaching experience in Early Years Education may also be considered.Strong subject knowledge and practical experience in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Learning Theories, and Early Years Practice.Strong understanding of assessment methods, learner support, and academic quality standards.Ability to design and deliver engaging online learning sessions using digital teaching platforms.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
