Department: Design Exclusive Brand DivisionReports To: Design ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking a creative Women's Apparel Associate Designer to assist the development of our exclusive/private brand product lines.

This role requires a strong eye for customized trend, a collaborative working style, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing exclusive monthly collectionsCreate technical flat sketches and CADs using Adobe IllustratorComplete accurate techpacks using Microsoft ExcelResearch market trends, fabrics, trims, color palettes, and silhouettesCommunicate with vendors on fabric, trim, and sample developmentAttend and contribute to fittings, ensuring design intent is maintainedOrganize and maintain design archives, sample inventory, and digital filesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design and production timelines

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field1-3 years of experience in women’s apparel design (internships considered with strong portfolio)Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft OfficeStrong sketching and CAD skillsSolid understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabricationExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPassion for women’s fashion and trend awarenessJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
