Associate Financial AnalystLocation: Houston, TX 77092Type: Full-Time / ExemptDepartment: Financial OperationsAbout the RoleOur client, a fast-growing fiber internet provider expanding across Texas, is hiring an Associate Financial Analyst to support its Financial Operations team. This is an entry-level role for someone early in their finance or accounting career who wants exposure to accounting, FP&A, forecasting, and reporting inside a high-growth, private equity-backed company.What You'll DoSupport month-end close: journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.Assist with AP, AR, and treasury functions.Help build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and capital projects.Partner with Operations and Construction teams to analyze build-cost and unit economics.Produce monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards (NetSuite and other tools).Support audits, PE sponsor reporting, and process improvement initiatives.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics.1+ year of accounting or FP&A experience (relevant experience/education may substitute year-for-year).Working knowledge of GAAP; advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical skills and comfort working independently under general guidance.CPA/CFA, or telecom/ISP/fiber industry experience, a plus.Why ApplyJoin a company in rapid growth mode with real mentorship, room to develop, and direct exposure to how a PE-backed business scales its finance function.
