Responsibilities

Analyzing Business Opportunities:Assisting in financial and commercial analysis of new land sales, development projects, and other opportunities, presenting findings to senior management for approvalDeveloping & Maintaining Financial Models:Collaborating on the creation and maintenance of business plans and financial models for real estate developments, including core components such as power, water, and telecomsCreating Presentations:Collaborating on the creation of high-quality presentations for senior management, utilizing both financial data and visual aids to effectively communicate insights and updatesSupporting Strategy Development Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies for both existing and new businesses, under the guidance of senior team members Investor Relations Management Assisting in maintaining investor information memoranda for real estate and other projects, helping to ensure accuracy and relevance Participation in Deal Origination & Execution:Supporting deal origination and execution processes, contributing to various stages as directed by more experienced team membersRequirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Physics, CS or a related field 1-3 years of experience in financial analysisStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modellingFamiliarity with valuation methods and principleAccounting knowledge, with an understanding of general accounting principles and practicesSolid understanding of Finance and Financial Markets, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical scenariosExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilities in English Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of real estate or city planning industry is a plusCFA certification is a plusTerms of engagement3 Months internship with possibility to extend for an additional 3 monthsPotential for Full time engagement if performance is satisfactory after the intial 6 months
