From contemporary social dramas to emotionally driven storytelling, every production is guided by a commitment to cultural respect, artistic excellence, and responsible entertainment.Role Description The Associate Founder will play a key role in shaping Seera’s strategic direction, creative vision, and operational growth. This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia involves working closely with the founding team to refine the company’s mission, oversee priority initiatives, and support decision-making across content development, partnerships, and business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to story and project selection, coordinating with writers and directors, reviewing pitches and scripts, and helping structure production timelines in alignment with strategic goals. The Associate Founder will also assist in building and maintaining industry relationships, exploring new market opportunities, and supporting fundraising, budgeting, and resource allocation. This role requires hands-on involvement in both creative and business processes to ensure Seera’s projects remain culturally authentic, commercially viable, and operationally efficient.QualificationsExperience in film, television, or media production, with a strong understanding of storytelling, content development, and creative collaboration.Background in business management, entrepreneurship, or startup environments, including strategic planning, operations, and growth-focused decision-making.Ability to build and maintain partnerships with creative talent, production teams, and external stakeholders within the regional media ecosystem.Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.Deep familiarity with Arab culture, values, and regional audience preferences; experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region is highly beneficial.Comfort with data-driven thinking, including basic financial literacy, project budgeting, and performance evaluation of content and initiatives.Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred; proficiency in English is beneficial for regional and international collaboration.Bachelor’s degree in film, media, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in content creation or company-building.
