Clients can reach out whenever their technology acts up, knowing that JustFixIT.Online will take care of the technical side while they focus on their work.Role Description The Associate Founder will help shape the strategic direction, operations, and brand of JustFixIT.Online while actively contributing to hands-on IT support. This full-time hybrid role is based in Amersfoort, with a mix of on-site work with clients and remote work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving common tech issues, coordinating client engagements, and improving service offerings and workflows. The Associate Founder will also support business development, assist with creating practical tech content, and contribute to building partnerships and processes that enable scalable growth. This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and working in a small, evolving team environment.QualificationsStrong IT support and troubleshooting abilities, including experience with common hardware, Wi‑Fi/network issues, and basic software problems.Comfort with system setups and security basics, such as configuring devices, applying updates, and promoting safe digital practices.Business operations and organizational skills, including light project management, prioritization, and process improvement.Client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in clear, friendly, and jargon-free language.Interest in entrepreneurship and early-stage business building, including strategy, brand development, and partnership cultivation.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Amersfoort, including occasional on-site client visits and independent remote work.Previous experience in IT support, consulting, or a related field is beneficial; familiarity with small business environments is an advantage.Proficiency in English; Dutch, French, Spanish language skills are a plus.
